Our RECALIBRATE event is centered around earth-based activities. We will focus on finding balance and spiritual grounding. You will learn how to set intentions, feel the vibration of sound healing and take a shamanic journey. We will align your chakras with a mini reiki session  and pay particular attention to and learn about your root chakra. You will receive an exhilarating breath sesion teaching you everything you you didn't know about the power of breath! Reflection is also key and we have crafting for you to do, a sauna to enjoy, a massage chair to relax in, light therapy with aroma therapy available if you desire while you have that time. We will perform a drum circle outside around a fire (if the weather allows, and its gonna have to be near impossible for us to NOT hold this). Our team of experts are here to illuminate you to find inner balance, harmony and peace within! Educational sessions also will be had for you to take home a bit of knowledge to enhance your future well-being. We will provide you with nourishing food and as always the educational piece of that for you to use after your stay.
