Our RELEASE event is your detox weekend for emotional release, and to let go of your stress. This includes group breath work, tapping techniques and a meditation cushion to help center yourself. Not only do we have 3 spectacular practitioners present for this weekend, but the environment will be healing in itself.  With the use of Healy we will set the stage with healthy frequencies in our space, and meals to enhance your detox but yet provide all the nourishment required for you to be in your right space. We have many educational sessions for you to take home a bit of knowlege to enhance your future well being. Hypnosis and Oracle card readings also to be front and center at this event!
