The Property
The Main Lodge features three comfortable bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, offering plenty of space for guests to spread out and unwind. Just steps away, the adjoining Bunkhouse provides additional accommodations with two bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, a Murphy bed, and two full bathrooms, making the property ideal for larger groups and multi-family stays.
Both the Lodge and Bunkhouse include fully equipped kitchens with large center islands, perfect for preparing meals, sharing stories, and gathering with family and friends. The Lodge also features a spacious lower-level entertainment area complete with a large bar, creating the perfect space for game nights, celebrations, and relaxing after a day of adventure.
Expansive wraparound decks on both buildings showcase breathtaking panoramic views and provide the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.
Outdoor Recreation
Conveniently located between Lipsett Lake and Rice Lake, Evergreen Haven offers easy access to some of the area's best outdoor recreation. Guests can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking, ATV trails, snowmobiling, and year-round Northwoods adventures. Public access to Lipsett Lake is located less than half a mile from the property.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval.
If you would like to bring a pet, please contact the property manager before booking and provide details about your pet, including breed, size, and any special accommodations needed.
A one-time pet fee applies to help cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that pet owners:
- Keep pets primarily on hardwood floor areas whenever possible.
- Clean up after pets using the waste bags provided.
- Crate pets if they will be left unattended for extended periods.
- Ensure pets are supervised and respectful of the property and neighboring wildlife.
We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and their four-legged companions.
Events & Gatherings
Evergreen Haven is designed to be a peaceful retreat for all guests and neighbors. Parties, events, or gatherings involving individuals who are not registered overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval from the property owner or manager.
Unauthorized events may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation.
